The Charter, the Regulations on Admission, and the Fellowship Evaluation Methodology are published, together with the Code of Professional Conduct. The Regulations carry the Reviewer Qualification Standard and the independence rule: at least two-thirds of the Selection Committee, and at least two of every three reviewers on a candidate, are external to Meret Solutions. Each document carries a version number and an effective date, and the version in effect at election is recorded with every credential.
